Background info (P. S while I liked another guy he started liking me when we met at work in 2022 first time he used to follow me everywhere around at work and his friend come and he use to tease me playfully and go out for a smoke whenever. He got Jealous me liking another guy and said he will tell him I liked him as a joke etc. so I don't know why he is behaving like this now)
Like we worked together back in 2022 for 3 months then I left. He was following me on instagram then unfollowed I don't know why.
Then after he left in 2023 February time because he got fired or something. He messaged me again asking am I working there later on in the year. I said yes I am and then he said “ I want to go back” then he said he don’t drive and can’t make it. I left it at that.
Then he popped up 1w later asking if I got snap but didn’t add me so blanked him. Then I started working same place again and met his friend there and asked me oh remember (him) I was like yeah I know. Left the topic at that.
24w later I don’t work there no more because I got a better job and he popped up to me today saying “ Get me back in (work company name) !!” I was thinking u don’t drive you can’t come is 45m away for him what’s the point messaging me about it. So I’m thinking to blank it like not even read it.
why does he keep coming back wanting to work where I work every couple months message me about it? It’s annoying

Ay girl, this dude sounds like he's just tryna keep you on the hook for something. A few thoughts on what could be going on:
- He might have had a little crush on you back when you worked together, but wasn't about to commit to anything serious. Now he hits you up when he's bored to see if you'll give him attention.
- Could be he still thinks you might put in a good word for him at your job, so he keeps asking about that to try and get something out of you. Even though he knows he can't really work there.
- Dude might just be insecure and needs the ego boost of some chick he used to flirt with remembering who he is every few months.
My advice - don't reply to him no more sis! You're obviously not interested and he's just wasting your time. He knows where you used to work, he has friends there, if he actually wanted the job he'd follow up himself.
Block him if he keeps bugging you. You don't need that annoying mess in your life or on your mind. Find you somebody who's gonna treat you right! This clown ain't it.
