We are both each others first boy/girl friend. We've been dating for 2 months, but he still has not kissed me. This would be his and my first kiss. I've tried making Kiss Pies, subtly biting my lips and looking up at him whilst doing so. On another occasion he went for the kiss twice, but backed out when we were like a few inches away from kissing. I don't want to make the first move, just instigate it. Perhaps he needs some persuasion. Kiss him first. He'll realize what he's been missing out on and you'll get lots more smooches. If he's still too scared, tell him you're not gonna kiss him again unless he initiates it.

I had that problem. I'd always initiate everything with this guy but he never kissed ME. So I told him that. Needless to say he stepped up his game.
