I recently was on a first date with a feminist woman that was a professor. We had a lot in come and sat for 5 hours talking. But... I found myself terrified of touching her or being physically intimate because of #metoo and accusations against men.

I didn't even want to ask consent in fear of being perceived as a pig in one extreme or a weak beta male in another.

So I did nothing. She afterwards said she felt a "friendship vibe" from me.

Now im a feminist. I know that you can make a move on women and be okay. But #metoo has also made me terrified of an Emitt Till situation. Help!

So recently some friends of mine found out they have HIV. They have been depressed and believe they will be alone forever. They take their meds and are in the undetectable state. Would you or would you not date someone like that and why?

I've seen people saying here "i want to focus on my career" seemingly at the price of having a relationship. I think unless you work like 60 hours a week or work and study both fulltime like i do right now (and even then i was able to make time and room for a girlfriend) it's a bullshit excuse and there's a different reason why this person does not want a relationship. A simple "I'm not interested in a relationship (with you) (right now)" would do much better and displays even honesty.
what is up with this kind of excuse to reject someone? Am i missing something here or what?

in any case a rejection is a rejection and the reason matters little.

Well this is actually a question for both guys and girls. Do you care that the guy/Girl you are dating is rich?
I'm not talking about dating someone just because he or she is rich (not a question about gold diggers)
I'm saying would you date someone that is a lot more rich or poor?
