Is it normal that my teacher stares at me?

During class I always catch my psychology teacher staring at me. Like I just saw him see me but then he turns around really quick. Does he have like staring problems? Is that normal? Weird?

but when a beauty full girl sitting in class its common to stare
but not normal always as he see you regularly
