Failing Art Class in Highschool?

I am a sophomore in highschool and I am failing art by a 37! AN F! I am FREAKING. First of all, I completed my art class Freshman year so I wouldn't take it my senior year and now god knows who the hell put me in Drawing II. Now I am stuck with this class and I completely hate it, I am failing because I am not good at art. AT ALL. The teacher is a complete b*tch! She literally threw up gang signs to a student. (Horrible, I know) So I am afraid of asking her. I got a "Contingency Plan" from my district and I might have to make up for it in summer school but I do not want that. How can I bring up my grades in these last two months of school? Is there even a way?

I don't know if you thought about this but maybe put some effort into your work? lol then you'll pass plus who cares if you take it in the summer lol you want the credit to graduate dont you? stop complaining and do the work maybe thats why you're failing

how are you failing art class? easiest grade i ever got. thats like failing lunch.

Rude. Our art work is graded by the skill we have, not the effort we put into it. The goal is for it to be good enough for showcase, if not, you failed the project.

those are some prissy grading standards for teachers who throw up gang signs. time to learn how to do things in the style of van gogh.

if its not a required credit then ask your counsellor and if they tell you not to worry about it then dont. it will affect your GPA though
