Ideally, I’d love for her job to be something that she can do from home (or wherever she goes). That way, if I’m out of town a lot for work, we don’t fall out because I’m never around... if she can travel with me and work off a laptop, that would be probably the best. She can work from home if she wants, or she can come with me when I am out of town.
I have a friend who tours, and his wife is his manager. So she gets him the shows and negotiates, and they travel together most of the time. She’s both working (networking with the clients and meeting them), and he’s the entertainment.
I can't deciede, I'm ok with either, I want her to be fulfilled. I grew up with stay at home mom, and so favored that in early life. But honestly, I'm good domestic, so if she wants to work, I can take care of home stuff and make her life easier... that's what I did in last relationship to some extent, eventhough I worked as well.
It's all good, roll with it...
I forgot... if there is young kids, I favor someone is home, not outsourcing that part, at least at a young age. < 5
Mmmm.. I would rather be a stay at home mum for few years until my kids won't need me around 24/7 and learnt enough good values and morals to try to stay out of trouble when I am away from home. Okay, jk. I really wany to see them grow and be there for them emotionally, mentally and also comfort them and teach them when they are confused or did something bad. It's easier to do this when you are at home, very much difficult if you are at work everyday. I want to create as many good moments I can before they grow up.. Kids grow up so fast, it's crazy.
career woman, obviously. why would i want a guy to pay for everything for me? i want my own money, so i can buy whatever the hell i want. men who want women to stay at home just want women to resort to being submissive. i love children too, and i will have 2 or 3, but grandparents are gonna take care of em. i'll be making money to have their careers set. if they want to go to law school or medical school, money won't be an issue. see, i've been fantasizing about winning the lottery these past few days. ah, i even had a dream about it.

Ideally I'd love the idea of being a stay at home mum but in reality it be boring as hell spending all day with children I'd have no one to talk to and feel lonely most of the day till my husband came home tried from work because he's trying to support another adult as well as his children, it wouldn't be fair to put all that pressure on my partner.
I think it should be a team effort raising children that's how it was for in my family. My mum didn't work for a couple years because she had to look after me and my siblings but as soon as we all started school she was working two part time jobs.
I want to do professional career but I really value both moms and dads that voluntarily wants to stay at home and give real quality time to their kids. I wouldn't mind to do a break on career and stay at home the first year or even first 2 years of life of my kids if it's possible. Or work at home that time. But I wouldn't like not to have any kind of job ever and only staying at home. I would get crazy if I don't have a balance between work and family.
I'm pretty 50/50. I work from home most of the time so realistically I could handle a lot of it after the first 6 months or so. That said I do tend to go for more feminine nurturing type women which tend to hope to be stay at home moms for at least part of the process so in practice I guess I swing towards them.
I'd like to be the career woman, however, when I have children they would become my priority. I may not become a full-time stay at home mother- depending on my career path, but I would not emotionally neglect my children because of my work. I'd make time for my career and time for my children.
The vulnerability of not having my own money is maddening. At any time he can decide to devalue you, beat you, control you etc... As a woman WITH a job I am armed to save money and take care of myself without some man dictating shit.
I tried the stay at home mom shit NEVER again. I'll always work and have my own money.
My mom was working but that doesn’t stopped her from being an amazing mother that was always here for me, when she couldn’t bring me with her at the office she would always wait for me outside of the kindergarten and she was doing some project with her laptop at home while I was sitting on her laps. She always used the money she gained for me, and I’m still grateful for that. my cousins had a stay at home mother but the home was always messy and she never cared about them.
Also I prefer to be a career woman so that I can spoil my children, and allow them to have a better education. Those who says that money doesn’t bring happiness are the ones that had their parents working their asses to get them whatever they want.
I prefer a career woman that is willing to step aside for a year or two to be home with the child then go back into being a career woman! I would be a career dad, so I don’t see why she can’t juggle both either. It’s not either or. It’s a matter of how willing are you to have the work ethic like I would being a career dad to juggle all that has to be juggled! If she isn’t lazy then that’s the best course to take.
I'm strongly in favour of women staying home and looking after her children. As soon as a woman starts a family she should be with her kids every minute possible. Kids don't stay kids for long, it's a privilege to be with them.
I agree with you, I run an Etsy shop while my better half works his ass off to pay for me and our son. It's not a perfect world but if we lived in one, this is what it should be like.
I’ve always wanted to be a working woman to support myself, but deep down would like to do stay at home if the opportunity came up.
I prefer stay at home mom, I don't like going out and I would prefer taking care of my kids and husband rather than working and getting home late tired.
I prefer to stay at home and coking for my children husband and always being in a good mood.
I like 50s housewives, but I don't have a problem with working since she also takes care of the kids and help me in housework. My mom always worked but also took care of me, I don't mind her working since I like to share the housework, I like cooking but I still have this 50s wife fantasy
I'd want to be a stay-at-home mom but run my own business from home.
career because nowadays you have to have two people working full time to make ends meet in many countries it just not possible unless one parent is making enough.
Be a career woman! I rather educate myself first and build something for myself. If I ever decide to have children, I would adopt and offer that kid a stability!
I would prefer to be a stay at home mom that way I could be more attentive to my kids and have time to do fun things with them. As well as I wouldn't want someone else raising my kids.
I always picture my future with me and my future wife both working and not having kids (if we did it would be adopting older kids)
I want to work and someone who works too. We need to be independent. If some day something happens to one of us the other needs to be able to survive on their own.
Career woman, all the way. I wanna get busy, make money, and be independent 💪🏽
I would love to be a stay at home mom, but it's safer to have a career just in case (husband gets fired , divorce, etc.,).
Career woman because then I have the option of staying home lol
I'm neither. Never managed to focus on anything enough to make it a carreer. But at the same time I'd hate to just stay home.
I never have to worry about that... not having kids.
Both. As a single woman, I would like to get a career and make a comfortable nice nest, for myself and my future family.
And once I have my home and money saved up. I would be a stay at home mom. And be there for my family.
My boyfriend prefers I stay at home for the kids and I don't mind.
Stay at home mother if a have the chance. otherwise id prefer not to have kids and work for myself.
It's a personal preference. As a guy, I work full time and I'm a full-time single father raising my son.
Career woman anyday. Being a stay at home mom sounds depressing and boring to me. We grew up with both parents working and we're perfectly fine.
I'd like to be both. 🤗
Maybe stay at home Mum around the first 4 years after having the child, so that they won't feel alone.
I would prefer to be a working father while the mother works part-time and stays at home part-time
The stay at home aspect of a relationship, I believe is to be team work. Both clean, cook, look after the kids etc. i think a career driven wife is ideal, strives for more... I like that mentality it's hot as f*ck haha.
You Girls work and I Will Gladly be a stay at home Dad lol
My partner is your age, those are his same words but I am completely fine with that. Haha
Yea, that’s about right. He is a hard worker.
I prefer career women. I want to be a stay at home dad
I think I wanna have a career, but I'm not entirely sure yet. Whatever happens happens.
I take the middle ground. Work a regular job and have quality time with friend, boyfriend and myself
I honestly don't care as long as she's pleasant, fun and hot. Issues arise if being a career woman jeopardizes the things I actually DO care about OR if staying at home drives her nuts and that jeopardizes the things I care about.
I'd prefer she take care of the kids full time till they're off to college, Before the kids or after that I wouldn't care if she wanted to work.
Well I'd be mix of both stay at home and working. So I'd like a woman who could do the same. We contribute to income and share house chores
Either would do as long as she is a mature person who knows how to be responsible.
Why choose when I can be both?
I would love to be a stay at home mom! Until my kids are older then I would go get a job somewhere
you will feel more existent by becoming a career woman
they can do whatever they want cause i will stay at home
Work from home woman lol thats my dream job
I’d rather be a career woman
