So for the next few weeks I'm going to be heading up a special project for my company, and the working day will start at 4pm and finish at 11pm. Its a slight shorter work day, with financial bonuses and additional benefits. But the company is having trouble getting 12 employees to sign up to it voluntarily. I would have thought people would have jumped at the chance.
