Should I adjusted my schedule or is it ok?

I wake up at 5 sometimes 6, no alarms my body just wakes up at that time I can't control it,

I take a bath, brush my teeth, eat breakfast and other stuff I'm usually finished by 6 or 7

I spend the rest of time chilling, until 8 I leave for work, I get off work at 6 and reach the gym by 6:40 or before

I leave the gym at 8:30 and get home by 9 and I usually sleep by 11
Should I adjusted my schedule or is it ok?
