I have a bachelor and masters degree but at this company I feel like I do “bitch work” a lot of repetitive things my manager doesn’t wanna do. Quit?

Your degrees will not change the fact that everyone starts out at the bottom and has to prove themselves to management. Sure it sucks. But that is how it works. Also a lot of companies do their best to run new employees of with crap jobs when they are starting out. Simply because it makes them less likely to invest in a employee that isn't going to stick around for the long haul.

School often isn't the same as real life experience you got to start somewhere. Don't make a habit of quitting so soon. Or at least don't quit until you find a good opportunity already.

Having a degree doesn't change having to start at the bottom in a company...
However if you are unhappy, you should look for other jobs and go somewhere else. However put up with your job while you job search as it is harder to get a job generally if you are out of work
