Yes, I suffer from Anxiety occasionally and I felt so much Anxiety the first day I felt sick so the first day I actually I rang and told him that I felt sick and he said that it wasn't a good look and I agreed and that was it pretty much and so I didn't bother going so I didn't go to work there at all.

Maybe she was using you, or your job as a backup plan when she got what she wanted from another recruiter i. e. a good job (better than yours) of course she resigned or maybe that was just a lie of heat stroke or being sick maybe she went for an interview over there but who cares! This is life, cherish it.

As someone who gets heat stroke very easily and is sick with it for days, I get it. But to resign because of it? I don’t get that.

yeah once. back when i worked at a goodwill, we interviewed a guy and hired him. we gave him a tour of the store, then a day later heard he quit. i don't blame him though. our goodwill was very messy.
Personally no, but this is quite common. Or even quit after the first day.
