Should I go for a new job at my company that only pays $1000 more (to increase my skillset) or should I use the tuition reimbursement program?

I've been in my current role for almost 4 years, and I'm really itching to increase my skillset and grow. A new job has opened at my company that would give me more skills, but it only pays $1000 more.

My company has a tuition reimbursement program, so I'm wondering if it would be better to stay in my current easy job and go back to school, or take the new job for the new skillset.
