Why are all millennial woman turn into Karen's?

I see all woman my own age want to speak to the manager.
Why this one peticular coworker she happens to be 29 went off on me and complain that I talk to much and I wasn't taking my job seriously.
The project does not have to be done until next week but she was still being a Karen and she wants things done by Thursday morning.
Why are all woman my age all Karen's at sam's my cousin she 28 she went her way to complain to the manager because a worker forgot to give her change.

There were Karen's before they were dubbed a Karen. It's just that people have little patience anymore. Some women have one nerve left, and if you happen to hit that nerve then you get to feel her frustration.
People are under so much pressure and have so many things on their minds now a days. We have never seen the likes of so many bad things happening to us all at once in the USA. Everywhere you turn, bad, bad, and more bad things are happening.
Before you group ALL women into saying they are all Karen's is just not true. Maybe some, but not all.
When I would call about something and the 18 year old voice wasn't helping me with my problem, I would ask for their supervisor. They would lie and say they were the supervisor - so I started asking for the manager. It was only then that I was helped.
The younger generations just seem like they just don't give a crap about their job or the customers. Like not giving someone their change, I mean, do your fricken job man!
And maybe you do talk too much at work and think your job is just somewhere you go to socialize. Again, DO YOUR FRICKEN JOBS! Maybe they should have a name for employees that give customers a hard time, like little Satan.
