Should I just lie on my resume?

Put on your resume something like, able to learn new task quickly or if you do not have any job experience you can use life experiences that may pertain to the job your trying to get. Example I was trying to get on at ford motor company as mechanic had no pervious experience jobwise but I did at the time have a 1964 1/2 mustang that i rebuilt at home in my garage and so i used it and had pictures to prove it and they were willing to train me and hired me. Not sure what line of work your going for but if yoh give them a bit of info on the type of person you are and what you do on your free time that is a big help so if you have not been working for the past 3 years tell them what you have been doing. Companies will hire unexperienced people and mold them into what they want as long as you not a complete idiot the more you can tell them the better. I would not lie
I don’t lie, I use big words, like I was paid to order spare parts from other companies for 15 minutes a week I wrote “engaged in industrial minerals and materials classification for custom engineering purposes.”
