A story from a long time ago now (2012), but I just came across it this minute. I don't live in Canada, so I knew nothing about it until I read the article.

The link doesn't seem to work. Lately I haven't been able to get links to work here for some reason. Anyway, if you type the whole thing out manually in the URL, it should (hopefully) work. Here's a quote:
