How do I convince my parents to let me study abroad?

My parents are really Protective of me and they don't want me to study anywhere far from home. I am ready to work hard for it but they just aren't willing to send me what do i do?

If you are willing to work hard for it then wait until you are 18 and pay for it yourself. Then you don't need permission
