I am black i was hired at a huge company and my boss was very harsh on me... i was late a few times and eventually after three months she kicked me out hured two knew white girla and said to my face u are not like them so i am kicking u out. She seemed very racist and that also made thinks awkward... am i being sensitive
So within the span of 3 months, you were late three or more times? If there was no emergent reason that you were late, then you deserved to be fired. Being on time is part of the job.
Poor attendance and unexcused absences are the easiest way to dismiss an employee... black, white, green or otherwise. Job performance can be argued endlessly, but you are either on time and on the job, or you are not.
Well... You should speak to HR and upper management. But it seems you gave her enough cause to terminate. But you felt abused and singled out.

“I was late a few times” How many times? How late? Why were you late? Were others also “late e a few times”? It sounds like you were terminated for poor attendance.
Your boss did the right thing. You get paid to work. Not to be late. If you can’t be on time then she was in order to find someone more reliable. Just because she found white Girls doesn’t mean she’s racist.
For me based on what was written it's very clear your employer was referring to actions and not skin color. They are on time. It's that cut and dry.
