What is a "Demo Facility" when it comes to a community college?

I just went to my college's Kokomo system and it shows that I uploaded my vaccination status from 2021. I went into Self-Screening and it said to please select a facility first; I selected Demo Facility and hit Check-in.

Was I right to do that or should I check out?

I've never physically attended the school, it's basically for health purposes regarding COVID.
