Why would a recruiter send a thank you note to me when she told a day before that I will get final results next week?

I completed all my interviews last week and sent a thank you note to my interviewers through the recruiter. The recruiter acknowledged and told me that she will have final updates for me next week. She also asked if that was ok with my timeline. I told her that works for me. Today she sent me a thank you note and a gift in the form of a company link through which I could donate money (paid by this company directly) to their identified charity.
This recruiter is on vacation from tomorrow until early next week. I’m confused by her thank you note and this gift. Does this mean I’m going to be rejected?
