Why would employee relations called after I put in my two weeks notice?

i put in my two weeks notice this past satvi just got a called from employee relations a few mins ago.

not sure if i will call them back

why would they call?

Yes I think you should call them back. There might be some important information that they have for you, or have questions for you, or whatever.

What evidence does HR have from your manager that you text at all hours? It should be pretty simple to say you do not and she would have to prove to HR by showing text messages that you have. If she does not have them, then what can HR do about it?

If she says she deleted them, then now there is no hard evidence. Simply tell HR you do not do that and see what they want to do next.

One text hardly matches what she told HR, a decent HR person would ask for the evidence.

I mean I don't think there's much you can do at this point. You put your two weeks in, he called and you called back. You just wait out the time to get out of there.

But I guess if you did write down on your initial paperwork you have a disability or something like that they shouldn't be able to really bring up your health being a problem for anything, I don't think. If they do, then that migjt count as discrimination.
