You should be very careful as I am rental property owner. There are lot of application and security deposit scams. They try to get your personal information on an application and then your deposit. How are you finding these places ⁉️

It happens a lot in popular vacation areas.
A great place to look for rentals.
The fee comes out of the owners end, not your end.

There is something called MLS (Multiple listing Service) where many agents can list the same property. The selling broker splits the commission with the listing broker.
