Would you work at a job that told you that they don't have sick days so when you sick you got to use your vacation days instead?

No I would not. I had that when I was in college and that sucked. I'm lucky now to be given a lot of sick days and vacation days through my job.

Honestly, if I look to work somewhere else, that is going to be a huge selling point for me.

I did this when I was young. I would often go into work when I was sick and hardly took vacations. It really sucked but I had no real options.

Depends on how many vacation days I get. In parts of the US employers must give sick days.
