Sometimes i forget second forms of some verbs, If i use `did` when i forget, does it look funny? for example: `i did go to school` instead of i went to school, if i use this sentence in USA, do they laugh to me :) thanks for your helping and sorry for my English.

It's technically accurate, so I doubt anyone would laugh at you for saying it that way. It would just sound slightly "off" to most native speakers. We would usually use "did go" more as an emphasis, or in response to a question, rather than a normal statement of facr.
As an example: if you're having a conversation, and someone asks where you went to school, the typical response would be, "I went to Harvard." An example of when you would use "did go" would be something like this:
