My boss keepa pushing back making excuses for why I am not being trained in everything im. supposed to get training for?

Meanwhile he was talkingto an assistant manager about how the new girl who hasn't even begun work yet can do that section. Da fuq?

I don’t think you can do anything until one who does what you are not trained in quits. Perhaps, when he sees that you have achieved current required skill sets expertly then he will train you further ⁉️

Thats what one manager told me. But im so over this. I come here to not be homeless so i need to just clock in clock out and not expect friendship or any care at all from anyone at work. The boss sure dont give a damn what i want to do as he has shown.

@Fo945by Yep, good luck on it. There's always a "prove yourself" time period in all employment. They want you to succeed but there is unknown protocol. :-)
