I'm a fresh grad and I found a job and I started training 5 days ago, my trainer always wants us to memorize a lot of information. I'm bad at memorizing so when she asks me sometimes I forget a lot of things so does my friend. Today she told us that some hr agents want to meet us and send us there, they kept asking me a lot of questions about training and why I want to work there. She didn't even talk to us or give us a chance, she sent us there without any warning.

Depends a bit on the job. Do you work in a hospital? Than I would get it, otherwise it's just rude.
No, I work as a customer service agent, I talked to her, then I talked to them and made them understand that I really want to work here but I have a bad memory and that I will get everything with training.
Some people are just like that.
