Why do women try to destroy other women's chances of climbing in there carriers?

I've literally walked out from more than one job before due to another spreading malicious rumours and lies.. causing me horrible atmospheres to deal with everyday. Is it just they take a genral dislike towards you? Your some sort of threat? Your intimidating in some way?
I'm not bitchy , I'm not unapproachable in any way , I'm friendly , kind , empathetic , considerate etc.. I'd love to know women's honest opinions on who actually done that to another.. and why?

I certainly do not stop others from advancing in their careers. Quite the opposite of that. I work in the healthcare profession. I am an office administrator for a healthcare practice.

While it is not a huge hospital, it is a decent sized practice that has three doctors and a fair amount of staff. We recently hired someone to fill my position.

The reason this is happening is because I marry at the end of the year and my future husband is Aussie. While he does work in my country, he can hire someone to do his work here as he (and his father) oversee their business from Australia part of the year.

Our plan is to spend half the year in India and half in Australia after our marriage. The office admin for the medical practice is a full time job and not one I can do remotely.

So, I have been working with the new girl to get her trained to take over my role. When home in India, I will still work but as a support role rather than the “boss”. I have no issue letting her take control and be the administrator while I take a secondary position to her.

You are a prime example of how women should support woman.. not attach we should have each others back ! Or intact we should regardless of gender /sex/race... maybe I'm to nieve minded.. I think everyone's nice until I learn the hard way xx

Competition, I've never done it (as far as I remember) but I've experienced it. Women won't punch you in the far for the most part, but they'll destroy any reputation you may have. If it's getting a job, they'll ruin your chances and get the job themselves. If it's dating, they'll steal your boyfriend.

Not every woman is that insecure, I guess you've just met some real pos.

It is a human and fallen problem not a Sex (boy/girl) problem. The world is going to be no different whether men or women are “in-charge”. Same covetous and lust for something another has. It is a earring and sinful Nature that is man. Genghis Khan to Putin.. no improvement more enlightening and worse off than ever…at least not Genocide good as many babies now🤷🏻‍♂️
