Is unsolicited kiss on my lips from my boss sexual harassment?

My boss, who is 27 years older grabbed my face when I was saying goodbye and kissed me on the lips. Should I report his beahviour? It really fel bad and awkard

If he "Grabbed" your face and kissed you without you show any sign of permission can be considered as sexual harassment. I would talk to him first. Say that was inappropriate and it must never happen again. If he does try it again, then you can report him.

Yeah, that's unwanted sexual contact and is sexual assault.

Report him, record the incident, get proof if you can, and gtfo as soon as you can.

Make sure you document everything, see if you can get CCTV footage, report to HR and police, and make sure you escalate.
