If your boss ask for a kiss in the cheek as a goodbye greeting would you consider it sexual harassment?

As coworkers it is normal in my environment to give a kiss on the cheek when you are greeting our saying your goodbyes to someone until now I never felt obligated to do it. But now my new boss asks for it before me and a friend leave the office and makes a huge deal out of it if we don't. And know he started calling me precious he has told me is just a custom since we're pretty but it started bothering me since I feel harassed and since his wife could misunderstand everything and let's face it I'll be blamed for it. I could report him but I'll know nothing will change I don't know what to do

Dont kiss him on the cheek, think about it whats he gonna do? Discipline you or sack you -sexual harrassment case its in No way a measure or representative of your work.
