Do you think wanting to go back to a job after leaving is a bad idea?

That's what my friend wants to do now that she's not happy with her new job.

Depends on the job and the company that she wants to go back to. It also depends on why she left the old job. Some companies are open to having people come back right away if their new job doesn't work out.
