Would you go back to an old work place if you can't find a job?

So I left a place 3 years ago.
When I first joined that place it was great as there were different managers, I got on with everyone and passed probation.
Eventually, the management changed and things turned for the worst, their expectations were high and they pick on people. Causing most of the staff to leave including me.
After leaving that place I've worked in 3 other different places but that didn't work out either, I now have the option to potentially go back to the place I left 3 years ago. The employers there know I have qualified and potentially improved
Do you think I should?

If you feel comfortable, why not!
Lots of people go back to old workplaces for various reasons. If they have supposedly improved and (hopefully) the management has changed there, it might be a good opportunity for you.

Just be careful "yo-yo'ing" back and forth there. By that I mean, leaving, coming back, then leaving again. They might view you as flaky or unreliable. I'd definitely research things before reapplying, or if you still know any of your old coworkers there, ask them have things gotten better or worse.

The thing is most of the people I knew there have left!🤦🏽‍♀️
Also from what I know the management is the same, as in same people in charge

Yuck. If those are the same people that you dealt with and the reason you left in the first place? I wouldn't bother. You'll just wind up stressed out and probably overworked again

Yeah exactly, all the other co workers that I got on with have all gone elsewhere, and I mean like 70% of them

There is nothing wrong with going back. Lots of things can change in three years. Good luck this time around.
