Considering leaving my job. Should I?

I work at a daycare. I've been told to be more stern with the kids. Now when I do I get pulled aside saying I need to watch my tone. I don't know what to do anymore. Thoughts?

may not be for you managing people or little humans at this point in your development. so go to school... learn computers or nursing or sales, or drive delivery, etc..

You may not uderstand how to manage people... takes skills and training.

Seems like things are so scattered these days nobody can make up their mind. Screwed one way or another, best option is to start looking for another place. You’re likely being set up to fail.

If it's stressing you out, then it's probably for the best. However, already have another job lined up first.
