Right, now really quick this isn't because of race or nothing like that it's depends on industry and stuff, for example some. Hijabs won't handle alcoholic stuff or pork which can be a issue in some industrys, also health and safety some refuse to wear hard hats so they can't do some jobs i dont think it's against the religion its just practicality

Like 🙄…. In the West without Hijab for sure especially if corporate. There’s two at checkout line in grocer that wear the head covering and heavy traditional body wear.
