Why aren’t some African-Americans getting hired?

Some African-Americans aren’t getting hired for the jobs they applied. There is a rumor that African-American women are the most educated women in the US, and they’re able to get a job. Some African-American men are ignorant, and can’t get a job.

Some people of all races don't get hired for jobs they apply for. Doesn't necessarily mean racism is involved. From my experience companies often go way out of the way to try to hire competent black people.
