Everyone knows there is a social justice war going on that black people should be uplifted from poverty and should be given jobs when they are remotely not even qualified for. Like a company that needs an drafts person 20 people all white are more than qualified but because the company needs to show diversity it will disqualify all the white people and hire minorities, black, Muslim, native people etc... is this a good business practice? I'm a firm believer in merit and qualification so I dont care about what color or religion you are as long as you do. your job thats all that matters.

I was a cab driver, and I had a negro woman spit in my face. She wanted me to drive her and her baby to the airport. But she never had a child seat. I told the bitch that I could lose my taxi license if I drove her and her child to the airport. She spit in my face.

I remember looking over at her father on the sidewalk. He was so embarrassed to have such a piece of shit for a daughter. He couldn't even look me in the eye.

I got on the mic and told the dispatcher that I wasn't going to do the run. The wife half of the business told me I had to do it, and I told her to fuck off. I then drove to the "yard" to have it out with her. When I go there, the husband, who was 6' 6" and weighed about 500 pounds, told me to get back on the road. He said he would deal with his cunt of a wife, later. He was such an awesome man. He was a gentle giant. His wife started fires, and the giant put them out.

Hiring someone just because of race is by definition, racist. Hiring someone over others because of a need for racial quotas, is messed up and racist. If you are qualified, then you should get the job, race or gender being wholly irrelevant.
