I'm assuming you mean low paying job but that should be obvious why they don't want a low paying job because they don't get paid a lot

even if they loved their job, society unfortunately doesn't respect these jobs as much as a lawyer, doctor, engineer, CEO, pro-athlete, model, movie star, rapper etc.
