Touchy topic. It seems many people don't want to work. Where I work, we have trouble hiring people. Then ones that get hired, call out often. I'm not sure if everywhere is like that. Some items are hard to get from other countries because of lack of labor. So it might be almost everywhere. Also, you can't judge everyone off the few. Just because if this video doesn't mean all of America is like this.
