First, desire to be an Alpha shouldn’t even exist dude. It’s just something you’ll compare yourself to, and never been in a state of mind “I achieved this.” Learn to not give a fuck about being Alpha.

Confidence is key. There’s no quick fix. Trying new experiences, making mistakes, learning from them is what you gotta do. The most important thing you need to adjust is your mindset. Change your inner voice’s vocabulary. Instead of thinking “I suck at this” think “I could improve.” Which the small change in what you’re saying will better your mental health over time. Eye contact is a must. Being an asshole doesn’t make you seem confident.

Personally, I say “please, thank you, your welcome, yes sir, yes ma’am” MUCH more than the average person, but I’ve been told I come off aggressive. Not from disrespect, not from a tough guy attitude, but because of the confidence. And believe me, I’m not tough looking. So if I can, you can.

Honestly that’s hard to do because a lot of that comes from your growing up. By 13 most kids are set in the ways of how they will be. You could try courses like management, leadership roles but usually that’s college courses so I’m not sure if you can take those classes. Most men are Alphas due to their upbringing. My son is 16, he’s more masculine. That came from me. So I don’t know what your father was like. As for women giving you advice on that, well I hardly listen to that as they’ve never been a man in their life. You know how much trouble you’d get in for saying, well a real woman would do this. How many times have you hear women say well a real man would do this lol maybe associate yourself w other men who you look up to in your life that you feel as masculine.

The human version of challenging typically is to become a bully, an asshole and a trouble maker.
Once everyone fears you, and you have no real friends left... you will be the ''Alpha''.

Once this has happened you can do for a while whatever you want. Until one day someone comes along and beats you up to become the Alpha himself.

Whole concept of "alpha male" sucks too these days. Like alpha fundamentally means "leader'. We got lots of young guys with six-packs and nice car and babes riding together with them calling themselves "alpha males", and where's the alpha? Where's the leadership?
