No one has asked to do this job but me. I'm super new. Why me?

I'm at a job where it's amazing. People are wonderful. I could go on and on.

I'm new and my position to me isn't all that important. For example Think of me as a janitor.

Well the president of my company has asked me on several occasions to finish their task at hand with high importance.

Yes, they give me a few weeks to do it but I finish in 1 day or so.

My 90 days were up last week to be perminent..

Can someone fill me in on what they are thinking?

Either they have a lot of trust in you and your abilities orrrrr (what it turned out to be in my case) it's a hidden shitty Job and nobody else wanted to do it, and they know that new people won't say no easily... I hope it's the first 🙏🏼
