I was offered a side hustle job and the employer said they’d have the paperwork to me in a day or two. I waited 5 days and followed up with an email. They said again that I had the job they’ve just been really busy and would send the paperwork in a day or two. They even said they were really excited to have me on board. That was 4 days ago. I’m well qualified for the job and got good reviews from my full time job. Do you think I still have the job? What do you think is going on?

I was in the same boat, during my working in Aerospace. An employer did the same BS too me, and I was really angry. The jerkoffs called me six months LATER, and offered me to job?

Guess what? They had hired someone else for the job, and I WAS their 'fallback position if the guy did not 'work out".! Well, the guy did NOT work out, and they fired him several months later, and NOW they wanted me to come and work for them.

I told them in so-many-words to 'fuck off'! Why would I play that game...

I have ONLY been treated that way once in my career and I describe to you above EXACELY WHAT they were doing... The company was LORAL Aerospace...
