Based on the fact there are likely to be other applicants, it would appear logical they are still carrying out interviews. That being the case, I would expect the test to be at least a week away, maybe longer depending on how many more being considered.
She's most likely busy and it may take a little more time than what she anticipated. I defer back to the old sayings... patience is a virtue and all good things come to those who wait, often rings true.
