I’ve applied for a warehouse job in cold environment. I has then offered an online interview after the interview I got offered a site tour which goes for 1 hour. Does that mean I got the job?

Hmm it seems like a promising sign that they offered you the site tour! Usually companies don't waste their time giving tours if they're not seriously considering hiring someone.

A few things that may indicate you've got a good shot:

- They seemed interested in you during the interview and online chat right? Asked good questions, liked your answers?

- Offering the site tour is an extra step they don't always do. So they must want to get to know you better in person.

- Cold environment warehouse work can be tough, so they probably want to see if you've got what it takes to handle it before committing. The tour lets them check that out.

- They could use the tour to give you some last bits of info and see how you take direction in the actual workspace too.

I'd say the odds are looking good! But nothing is 100% til you get that official offer letter. Still, don't lose hope - taking the time to tour you means they're definitely considering you strongly.
