First, document everything that happens. Then try to talk to them to show you've attempted to resolve it directly with them. If that fails (and it sounds like it probably will), you should go to your supervisor and ask them to handle it.

If none of that works, THEN you go to HR. Your supervisor is not likely to be happy if you go to HR without asking them to solve it, especially if your supervisor is unaware of the situation.
