Which Job Should I Quit?

Anonymous
So I work 2 jobs. Some backstory, my first job I've been in for nearly 5 years. Pretty much since I graduated high school. Hours were pretty inconsistent so after finishing some studies I picked up a second job about 12 months ago. I've been working both ever since. I enjoy my second job and I'm doing something different which is amazing but the job is part-time only about 15-20 hours a week. My other job is also the same so working both allows me to make a full time income. Where I am, full-time jobs are much harder to get and a rare find so this is how I got by. Now my first job (the one of 5 years) is offering me a promotion, etc, etc. I've balanced the two jobs fine until this point. Unfortunately, they want me fully available. I wanted what they're offering now years ago but only just now are they willing. I've always had great KPI's, sales and attendance and it took them nearly 5 years to offer me it. I was already heavily contemplating resigning from the first job, after being there so long and it's rather toxic, but the promotion has me struggling to make a decision. My first job was always a comfort zone too and I feel comfortable there because I know the job so well but at the same time it is toxic.
As for my second job, it is a permanent part-time job, and I do like it, but I won't be making as much if I choose to preference the second job over my old job. Only about 20 hours a week. Whereas, currently working both jobs I'm doing 40 hours a week. With the promotion I could go full-time at my first job, but I really love my new second job. Either way, it's a really difficult decision. I also feel crap because for so long my first job overlooked me and there's a fair bit of workplace bullying too. Should I leave my first job and go for the 2nd job I like more? Or choose my first job I dislike and have done for years simply for the promotion and pay?
