Should I quit my 23/ hr job to go work at brother in law business for way way more money

Only you can decide. But things I would consider,
- how well do you get along with him?
- even if you get along, well enough to be working together all the time?
- Will you enjoy the job? Or which job do you like more?
- Travelling or other expenses? Sometimes more money doesn't mean anything if it ends up costing you more for travel, or babysitting/daycare etc. And do you have reliable transportation if needed?
- kind of going along with the last point, time. How many hours will you be working for him? Too many? Social life?
- Is it going to be permanent or temporary?

If you do decide to quit, give them the standard 2 weeks notice and go out on good terms, even if you don't like the job or them, it makes YOU look good, and especially to other potential employers in the future.

Working for family can be really nasty sometimes. Because your relationship will dictate your job life. If you can earn more money doing something you like, do it.

The extra pay is a bonus, but you have to consider the days and hours of work also, and if this is the kind of work you want to do. Consider if you would be happy working there, would you get on well with the people that work there and ultimately, would you be happy there. Only you can make this choice really :) it's all about what you want and how you feel.

Sometimes working for family isn’t what you hope for. You might have to give concessions if times go bad as family.
But then, it could be a great move!

More money is always good. If you can work together as family and understand business is business then do it.

I works for my family for 15 years, and after that I couldnt do it anymore.
