Prostitution is not really a work so no lawsuits for you🤷
its a different topic but yes ofcourse it is work honey but well thanks for your opinion
Too the point. How is this not stopping at criminal court before civil?
Hmmm
If it’s illegal, then you cannot sue. If it’s legal, then you may be allowed to sue or press charges but the courts may not choose to deal with it and just consider it a work hazard.
Woww really a hazard?
Maybe. It depends on how the courts want to handle it. But, yes, especially if “torture” is in the agreement, I doubt a court would award damages since pain was implied and anything beyond that could be viewed simply as unintentional.
Personally I don’t think you should ever hit or torture a woman so I would give her like $50M if I were on the jury.
Torture was specifically not in the agreement.
Yea as @VIVANT said torture was never agreed at least not to me..
Yeah, I misread that part. @vivant @elizamichale1 She has a case for simple assault if she was injured solely at the hands of her client. I don’t know if she could win punitive damages but she could definitely have the client criminally charged
Is prostitution legal where you are? If not you can't sue
If it is?
Then sue the guys that broke the contract. Did this happen to you?
Yea it happened to me
When they started happening couldn't you just leave
I'm sorry it happened to you.
No coz they booked me for 5 days n i was at their place
You had to put up with being tortured for 5 whole days?
yea thats right
But when they broke the contract by torturing you, you should have left
i wasn't at my club or my own place
my guy from club dropped me at their farmhouse in a different city so i couldnt really get back on my own tbh
Did you try to tell them that wasn't in the contract
Do you want to talk in dm or your ok here
i m ok anywhere honey
yea i told them but they said i was booked as a sub n prostitutes do not hav a say n bla bla bla... u can imagine
Yeah I can. What did they do to you? Will it leave permanent scars
well first they had me tied in so many awkward n odd positions for which i was not ready... then they slapped me countless times n then whipped me with ropes n some other straps n all... also from the moment i was dropped there they had the guy who dropped me there to tear off my top n skirt n from that moment he put me in collar n till the moment the club guy picked me they kept me in collar... these r the worst parts coz i could be ok with sex in any positions n all but for these i wasn't ready
You were naked and collared the whole time? If they broke the skin I hope you don't get any infection
yup i was but well this isn't any issue coz i hav been naked for over 2 weeks too n i dont mind that...
n yea i m fine thankfully... nothing allergic or bad stuff happend but my body was like broken from inside out though
Regarding update. Did he give you a month off with pay or unpaid?
Well he said i could keep the whole 1000 n then gave me another 500 from his pocket plus time off
Very sorry this happened. You need to speak to a lawyer.
yeah thanks honey
thanks for the opinion
Depends on if prostitution is legal where you are. If yes, then you should sue the clients. If not you should file a police report for assault.
Well it is
Then sue the pants off em.
Yeahh
Yeah, but if you suck d*** for a living good luck trying to get a judge who hear the case.
Okayy...
Apart from this do you think judges dont want their cocks sucked?
I'm sure they do. But that's a separate issue. Women want love, but they're not going to entertain an ugly guy to get it. A judge may want his d*** sucked but he's not going to to compromise his occupational integrity for it.
True though
This is a big reason why so few rapists get convicted. It's still a largely patriarchal society. Guys know how women are. And if a rape occurs it is assumed the woman did something to instigate it. So if a sex worker does something willingly. How much sympathy do you think the largely male legal system will have for her? Keep in mind that these guys make a living lying and manipulating facts to win cases and call it "justice". 🤣🤣🤣
Now i understand u better honey
I heard one stripper say once, "There's an old saying in the dancer business. That you're going to get f***ed but you're not going to get laid". I've been to a strip club once. I'm not against them I'm not for them. But I know what it is. It's a paid fantasy. Guys can go in and say I'll take her, and her, and... oh her. Because in real life you can't do that. And some guys lose site of that fact when they go there. This is why it's most important for clubs to have CLEARLY DEFINED rules about what is OK and acceptable and what isn't. And unfortunately SOME women might let certain customers get away with a more handsy approach because maybe they think it might net them more money.
Well i agree thts the case with majority but not all of us think tht we just get fucked n not laid... i agree with other stuff
Well this stripper was a lesbian. So maybe she had a disdain for men lol. I'd imagine stripping is like any job after a while. You might enjoy doing it but some customers are going to wear on you.
Well its like any other job honey we get all sorts of people
Not sure... but you need to take precautions so that doesn't happen again.
Yes of course but only if those precautions could actually help though
How is she going to take him to court irs illegal 1
Well wht if its not illegal
The client should never be a client again and should be sued
So there's no fault at employer's part
Yes, employer should have taken client to court
But in tht case would i get anything?
You and employer would need to joint sue
Contact a lawyer
Yea.. thanks
No, prostitution is not a job.
How is it not? It takes one hell of a hard work
so does robbing banks.
@Sabretooth well thats quite different... u can't really compare the 2
I'm sure a professional wouldn't agree.
@Sabretooth well ofcourse hehe
Sex work is prostitution and they deserve to be outlawed...
Outlawed? This is the oldest profession ever
yes hitmen is also the oldest profession, so accept it that it is outlawed hahaha
Lol... we are not thatt
I know I am harsh, you can perform your business, but it will be out of the reaches of law, to be frank large chunk of society operates out of the law. Hope you understand...
Yea i understand honey but where i work it is legal to be a prostitute
I'd wager so, if not flat out have them arrested.
Is tht possible
Yeap. They went well past agreed upon terms of service, in physically harmed someone. That's at base, assault and battery. If not sexual assault.
Tht was my hope but then i heard so much against this too
If prostitutes are legal in that state, yes
Thanks honey
In America a sex worker can sue
Lucky...
Thanks
Your so welcome. They can sue where you are?
Also the employer should make sure she's safe
Yea but there r a lot of technicalities
Well he does that but in this case he said the clients paid me extra so it was ok
Wow that's crazy
Yeah I know
Have you even been in a similar situation
Yes this was about me
Yes definitely hun. No is no
thanks for opinion n support honey
Prostitutes can sue people for raping them.
Thanks
this is the price of such a life.
True but it doesn't mean u get abused
they are sex objects... nothing more. they have no value beyond that. it's a dangerous life. the only way out is to get your shit together.
Well thts a whole lit of different subject honey
I really hate this happened
Thanks honey
Ask a lawyer.
yea thanks
Kill him
lol...
nope sorrt
But why not though
its not a jobrecognised by goverment... unless she files taxes for the very job she's suing for perhaps
Alright makes sense
thanks
😊😊
