Most employers are not stupid enough to openly discriminate against you. If a woman looks pregnant, they won't hire her, but they will tell her it was because of the perfume. Like one time I heard an employer said "I am not hiring that guy with cancer I don't want him walking around the office looking like death", but he didn't say it was because of that he didn't hire him he said it was because he did not have tie on correctly.
So, you need solid proof that they are actually discriminating against you. Which you need audio recording or an email or something in writing, but against hiring managers and employers are not stupid enough to discriminate against openly and they won't tell you that is the reason that they didn't hire you for a job.
You cannot just accuse him of stuff and do not have the evidence to back it up. It's shitty I know, but it's very difficult for you to prove. So you need to get evidence. Or at least add more context, so we know what you are talking about.
