What are a few options for women who do not have a relevant degree?

First off I'd look at the options of degrees that are out there and what are good for you. What do you like to do? There's business, there's engineering if you enjoy math. There is also education if you want to be a teacher. If you'd like to draw architecture is a good format. You can be an art teacher if you don't like architecture. There's also agronomist. Pharmaceutist pharmaceutical which is in chemistry. They make some pretty good money. If you'd like to listen to people psychologist and psychiatry. There's also nursing which you can pick up in 2 to 4 years. There is a world of need for nursing staff. You can also go to your learning centers or libraries and ask the librarian about a book for careers and educational opportunities in those specific careers that might interest you.

Do not go in to history. The only good thing about history is being a person in a law center for research and it doesn't pay much. Also history degrees are dime a dozen.

One of my boss's at my work, has a higher job than me. We're both not degreed. The only thing for her job you need to be good at, is to type fast, and learn computer and phone skills pretty quickly. I work for a non profit organization that protects and advocates for people with disabilities. I'm 3 classes away from a degree myself, just can't seem to finish those 3

That really depends. It depends on requirements. Many places if they REQUIRE a degree of some kind and you don't have it or a equivalent even if you could theoretically do the job many times they don't even humor the application. It will be tossed out.

If it is preferred then show you can be a good candidate for the job or get the degree that is needed

Trial support technician or legal videographer. My people make as much as $80K and all they need is to pass the California Notary exam and get some on-the-job training.

go back either to a trade school and learn how to do something that is in demand or go back to college and get a useful degree.
If you get a job in the skilled trades most companies will pay you while you learn.

Get a skills assessment. Your local community college will have counselors who can help you. You might be able to get a career going with just a certificate program in a few months.
