This is the real world.
It's a messy uncivilized place and remaining classy can be very difficult.
So, stop having expectations that the others will be. Just be the best you that you can be and do your job as best you can.

Get used to it. That is normal in factory work. That was one of the only good aspects of that type of job. I could speak my mind without HR being involved.
