What do you think?

You're both right. Seriously, hear me out. YouTube is just a platform. Other people post content on it. So the reliability of the content on there depends on the content provider. Let's use news as one example. Some is reliable and some is not and people will disagree about what is and isn't reliable (the usual Fox News vs. CNN squabble). So, if you go to YouTube and get information from a known, reliable source, it can be. Where it goes south (where you would be right) is if I went to YouTube for information on filing my taxes and there was a video from Joe's Pawn Shop that said "don't file your taxes". That's not right or reliable. But if I went and watched a video from the official IRS. gov, that might be reliable.
Depends on the channels you subscribe to or watch and on the Youtubers. Some people says anything they think is true or must be right and call it facts without studying about it, while others do some proper research for a while before they talk about that topic. Some people will lie and say ANYTHING thing to people who are desperate to find a solution or want to hear that for example their grey hair can be reversed. Their wrinkles can be reversed if they do some facial exercises or wears some face mask... Or some people want to believe in ghost, so some Youtubers just edit some videos and make it look like they recorded a ghost or talked to a ghost and they get millions of views.
So, yeah, you do get some correct information from some Youtubers but also misleading information from others because they just want to attract attention and get rich.
No. It’s very subjective most of the people on there are not experts and it’s not reliable at all.
It depends on who the youtuber is. If you're watching a youtube video of Neil deGrasse Tyson talking about astrophysics, that is going to be reliable information. However, if it is some sort of ignominious clickbait video from Ben Shapiro or some other insufferable wanker, it isn't going to be reliable information at all.

Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. You asked "as a whole", and again, I have to say it really depends on the subject matter. That said, you'd still have to do further research to reliably verify things you hear or see on YouTube. It's a source of information, not the gospel truth.
Yes and no, it depends on the creator/the channel. Some channels are incredible good.
But thats for all media, newspapers can be good and bad, TV can be good and bad, ...
There is a lot of good stuff on You tube. However you cannot be sure if the stuff is true. I watch a lot of How To videos and have gotten some good advice but like i say "let the buyer beware?"
Like everything on the Internet, some YouTube content is reliable and some is trash. The viewer has to decide for themselves which is which.
Depends on the kind of information you are after.
i mean yeah you can get a lot of educational videos or news but it depends
yeah, and it is also a reliable source of inaccurate information
Women are fucking stupid
Dumb bitch
Sex?
Not in general. It can be, if you know how to find the right info.
