Should I take this woman up on her offer or does something sound off?

If too long, skip to last part as that is where her offer comes in. Everything before that is background. After working out last night, I noticed a woman on the sidewalk outside the gym handing out business cards. When I asked her about it, she said she is just starting out as a personal trainer and that she just recently completed NASM certification, whatever that means.

She said she has 5 current clients, but all are female and she is looking for male clients as well and hopes that some of her clients will eventually become her first personal trainers under the business she intends to open within a year. She gave me a flyer with prices and packages she offers.

She also offered a deal where I sign up for 6 months of training with her. If I am not satisfied, she will refund half of what I paid back. If I am satisfied with the results and wish to continue training with her, she would give me a discount and cover the costs of NASM or ISSA certification if I agree to be one of her first personal trainers for a year after getting certified. When I asked her why she made me this offer, she said it is because when she finally opens her own facility, she wants her first staff members to be success stories from personally training with her. Does something sound off, or should I explore this option?
