Is this a gentle blow off or should I believe she is interested?

I met this girl for over a year, she has been showing interest in me all the time.
I asked her out early march for hiking and she responded with yes, and said she will be free everyday. We then set a date, but unfortunately, it got clashed with her family matter, which she counter offer with another day. But that day got clashed with an important event of her later as well. Now, her exams are coming up (college, medical school), but she said the exam schedule has not been released yet so that she cannot give me an exact date she is free, and said maybe late April.

I still see her in person, during which she show me interest like touching, smiling, fixing my clothes, and laughing at things I say that aren't funny, and she still respond quick and enthusiastic in texts.

When I see her in person, I can feel her interest, she keeps entering my orbit and do things for me. But she doesn't give me an exact date as of now! What do you guys think? Why would she say she will be free everyday the first time I ask her if she was blowing me off :/

Neither of the above. She is playing you. I had real family problems and I would never date a person when I have all of that going on. Those are the type of girls you avoid. They seek male attention. She is not interested. She is interested in either sex or fooling around. Nothing serious. Heck, you can't even be friends with somebody like that.

What are we have going on?

Is he a virgin like me? Does he believe in waiting for marriage to have sex? Does he have a lot of partners? is he watching pornography and masturbation? Does he really like me for me, or does he like the fantasy of me in his head? What about kids? Does he want children? i care about compatibiliy. Why am I going to just any guy when we are not compatible? To date or not is my personal decision. There has to be a logical and rational reason to do so. It has to be ordained by God. Feelings are feelings. If you are not careful it can cause you to make rash decisions. I take dating seriously. Dating should be with somebody I see a future with and want to marry. I am not dating for games and fooling around. He can do whatever he want. But there is a fine line between friends and those who you see as a possible romantic partner and not just friends. This is somebody I have to decide to share life and sexual union with. Not somebody who will screw me up. I would not rob a man of his personal happiness.

If I am interested in a person it is because I love him and all of him. Not at some fleeting moment which is why I never dated and is still a virgin. I rather die alone than to make a grave mistake that will affect our future. It is not a game. And all this girl care about is taking advantage of you for her own selfish needs. People like that, male or female don't give a damn about you. They care what they can use you for. It's a communist system down here. Everything down here basically became no different. Either you operate in the Kingdome of God, or your being used by the system and you have to work in the system to gain anything. Which is why people cheat on others, have sex with anyone not carrying of disease or anything, divorce just to steal your money, get married to you just to say they have your name, have children just so they can pridefully say they have them or have achieved status. Learn some things in sociology. It's telling you something about this world. This is why so many people are unhappy. Dating should be with much happiness and love and purity. People make it sexual, and that is not of my interest. If I cannot feel true love and compassion, then it is not a relationship I would want. I have to love that man more than just a friend and as a friend equally. But at the same time, I have to respect his heart and his desires. If he doesn't want that with me, it would hurt but that doesn't mean I have to stop loving a person. It's just can't be romantically. And that's okay. I am not selfish like other people in that regard. True love endures in long-suffering also. If it is not reflected in our friendship, that is not a relationship either of us should pursue, or else we'll get hurt.
